Are you an authorized Bambu Lab repair center?+
Rocket3D is an independent service provider. We are not an authorized Bambu Lab repair center or affiliated with Bambu Lab.
Can you install a part Bambu sent under warranty?+
Yes. Tell us which part you received and share any instructions or diagnosis from Bambu Support. Installation labor is a separate Rocket3D service; warranty coverage questions should be directed to Bambu Support.
Which printers and filament systems do you service?+
Bambu Lab H2, X1, P1, and A1 series, plus AMS, AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT, and related filament systems. Include your exact model in the request.
What happens after I request a repair?+
We review your printer details, symptoms, and photos, then contact you with questions, drop-off instructions, or other next steps. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or authorize paid repair work.
Should I buy replacement parts first?+
Contact us before purchasing parts when possible. Diagnosing the fault first can help avoid buying parts you do not need. If Bambu has already sent parts, include them in your request.
How long will the repair take?+
Timing depends on the fault, parts availability, and the current workload. We’ll discuss the expected next steps after reviewing your request.
